肖君华教授
肖君华,男,1968年出生,民盟成员。本科(1989)、研究生(1997)、博士(2000)毕业于复旦大学遗传专业,美国德州大学人类遗传中心博后。
先后在北京博宁生物科技有限公司、华东理工大学任教。目前担任东华大学生物与医学工程学院教授、博导。
曾主持4个国家自然科学基金,2个重点研发计划的子课题,10多项上海市重点项目。发表SCI论文50多篇,获专利10多项。
研究方向:
1、小鼠遗传学:野生小鼠染色体替换系品系构建与研究;功能基因的克隆与功能研究。目前主要研究性状:小鼠性发育,小鼠后肢发育。
2、分子检测技术的研发:相关技术平台包括一代,二代测序,荧光定量PCR。特色技术包括:超高通量PCR(单管300重反应),多重长PCR技术,高特异性等位基因PCR技术,高精度定量PCR技术及各类多重荧光定量PCR技术。利用上述技术广泛服务于SNP分型,基因重测序,细胞及基因治疗领域的质量控制,SPF实验动物的质量控制领域。
