陈海杰研究员

   

    陈海杰,现任东华大学功能材料研究中心特聘研究员(2020年入职),2009年毕业于南京大学获得学士学位,2014年在中科院上海硅酸盐研究所获得工学博士学位,2015~2020年陆续在美国西北大学和加拿大多伦多大学从事无机硫属新化合物探索以及光电二极管器件研究,主要着力于开发未知无机功能新化合物并探索相关光电子器件以及能源方面应用。相关工作发表于J. Am. Chem. Soc., Chem. Mater., J. Phys. Chem. Lett., Inorg. Chem.等主流期刊。申请国家发明专利7项,已授权6项,其中成果转让3项。



研究方向:

1.无机光、电、磁功能硫属新化合物设计合成、结构解析与物性;

2.光电二极管材料与器件;

3.锂离子电池固态电解质。
