Alain Miranville 是法国勒阿弗尔-诺曼底大学杰出教授,无穷维动力系统领域国际上著名教授,博士师从于国际无穷维动力系统领域领袖之一的、法国科学院院士Roger Temam教授。他目前担任国际数学期刊 Asymptotic Analysis, DCDS-S, ERA, AIMS Mathematics的主编以及 AMO, M2AS, CPAA的编委。在SCIE数学期刊上发表250多篇学术论文,出版多部学术专著,主持多个国际学术会议,受邀做过120多次学术报告。

Our aim in this talk is to discuss several generalizations of the Cahn-Hilliard equation. These generalizations were proposed to provide derivations of this equation on stronger physical grounds than the standard phenomenological derivation. We will discuss the well-posedness with an emphasis on logarithmic potentials.
