报告摘要：
In a spreading phenomenon, what is the most important thing to be considered? The first important thing might be the spreading speed, the second might be the spreading profile. I will discuss several examples as well as some open problems in these topics: (1) Spreading speed and profile in RDE with free boundaries; (2) Heterogeneous version of Liouville theorem, Bernstein problem and De Giorgi conjecture; (3) The possibility to finalize the asymptotic behavior for the Fisher-KPP equation.
