内容摘要：In this tlak I will first introduce some physical background on the semiconductor hydrodynamic models. Then some related results to the stability of steay state solutions and asymptotic limits of the hydrodynamiv model as well as the hierarchy of the hydrodynamic models also are presented. Finally the classification problem of the stationary solutions to a simplified one dimensional hydrodynamic model with sonic boundary is discussed.
