Abstract:The objective of this talk is to review fundamentaltheory and some recent results on stabilityanalysis for Markovian jump systems with a focus on advanced controller designstrategy developments under complexities raised from the Markov parameter. Thetalk will present various examples and finally, some concluding remarks areprovided.
BIO：Hamid Reza Karimi,born in 1976, received the B.Sc. (First Hons.) degree in power systems from theSharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, in 1998, and the M.Sc. and Ph.D.(First Hons.) degrees in control systems engineering from the University ofTehran, Tehran, in 2001 and 2005, respectively. From 2009 to 2016 he was aprofessor of Mechatronics and Control Systems at University of Agder. Since2016, he has been a professor of Applied Mechanics with the Department ofMechanical Engineering, Politecnico di Milano, Milan, Italy. His currentresearch interests include control systems and mechatronics with applicationsto automotive control systems and wind energy.
