主讲人简介：澳大利亚科廷大学管理学院院长，国际商务战略终身首席教授，主要研究领域为跨国公司对外直接投资的战略决策和管理。在科廷大学工作之前，姜福明教授在澳大利亚国立大学管理学院担任常务副院长，也曾在南澳大学担任过亚洲商务研究中心副主任。据Emerald出版集团2014 年的研究报告显示，姜福明教授2002至2012年间在最有影响力的国际商务学学术刊物上发表有关中国跨国公司对外直接投资实证研究方面的文章排名世界第一。
内容摘要：From the managerial cognition perspective, this study develops a contingency framework that examines the effect of senior managers’ global mindset on their decisions on the choice of entry mode for foreign subsidiaries, and how their cognitive decision-making style and managerial experience interact with their global mindset and thereby affect their decisions. The results suggest that senior managers who have developed a stronger global mindset tend to choose an entry mode with lower level of ownership for their foreign subsidiaries.
