沈明武研究员

    


沈明武,19718月生,化学化工与生物工程学院生物工程系研究员。2001年毕业于清华大学,获工学博士。2008年回国前,在美国密歇根大学历任访问学者和副研究员。多年来主要从事纳米医学与生物材料技术等领域的应用基础研究,内容主要涉及了杂化纳米材料的肿瘤单模态CTMR成像,或双模态CT/MRSPECT/CTSPECT/MR成像、以及作为化疗药物、基因和光热转换剂的载体用于肿瘤化疗、基因、光热以及联合治疗。共发表SCI学术期刊论文150多篇和5篇书的章节,获授权专利20余项。论文主要发表在Chem. Soc. Rev.SmallBiomaterialsACS Appl. Mater. InterfacesNanoscaleJ. Mater. Chem. B等国际主流专业期刊上。


研究方向:

  1、基于超支化大分子的纳米医学:

a. 有机/无机纳米复合材料的合成及其在肿瘤分子影像诊断中的应用;

b. 纳米药物输送体系的制备与抗肿瘤效果评价;

c. 有机/无机杂化纳米颗粒用于基因传递的研究;

  2、静电纺纳米纤维材料在生物医学与环境科学中的应用。
