陆昌瑞教授



1983年6月出生。美国科尔盖特大学(Colgate University)全额奖学金分子生物学学士(2005),美国康奈尔大学(Cornell University)生命科学研究生院生物化学、生物物理学博士(2011),美国密西根大学(University of Michigan)医学院博士后,2012年6月被东华大学评定为教授。




研究方向:

核开关三维结构与机理 X-ray晶体结构、RNA调节因子发现、功能和机理。

主要研究成果:

从事RNA的结构与功能、基因的表达与调控等研究:核开关和其他非编码RNA 的结构、机理和功能;Packaging RNA (pRNA)的晶体结构与复合体的包装机理;外切体复合物的晶体结构与机理;昆虫胚胎耐冻性的分子机理,其成果发表于Nature SMB、PNAS、Journal of Molecular Biology等国际著名杂志。
